By downloading, installing, or using Vytel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use Vytel. These terms form a binding contract between you and Vytel Inc.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vytel. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf. Vytel is available in regions where Apple distributes apps via the App Store.

Vytel is a software service that connects to your Apple HealthKit data and provides AI-generated explanations, patterns, and personalized insights. The service evolves — we may add, remove, or change features. We'll try to give reasonable notice for material changes.

Vytel is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information from Vytel is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions. Never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read in Vytel.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure — use a strong password, keep your Apple ID protected, and don't share your account. Notify us immediately at security@vytel.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Vytel Pro is available as a recurring subscription billed through Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal. You can manage or cancel any subscription in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.

You can cancel your Vytel Pro subscription at any time and will retain access through the end of the current billing period. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly.

Don't misuse Vytel. You agree not to: reverse-engineer the app, access it through automated means, use it to harass or harm others, submit false or misleading health information that could endanger anyone, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.

Vytel, the Vytel logo, and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by Vytel Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vytel for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You don't get any other rights.

You retain all rights to the questions you ask and the personal information you share with Vytel. You grant Vytel a limited license to use this content solely to provide and improve the service for you. We don't use your content to train AI models or for any other purpose outside the service.

Vytel integrates with Apple HealthKit and uses third-party AI providers for response generation. Your use of these integrations is also governed by their respective terms. We're not responsible for third-party services, but we choose partners with privacy and security standards aligned with our own.

You can stop using Vytel at any time by deleting the app and your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your license to use Vytel ends, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Vytel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vytel Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vytel. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vytel Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another party's rights.

Any dispute between you and Vytel will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing legal@vytel.app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app and by email before they take effect. Continued use of Vytel after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
